Good value for the money. Decent breakfast and clean room. Staff was friendly.
When I arrived, the elevator smelled like someone had vomited in it. There was no evidence, but the smell persisted for a couple of hours. The next morning it was gone, but it was an unpleasant introduction.

It was easy to get a Hearing Accessible room with a kitchenette and fridge here; the price was reasonable, and the location is perfect for exploring downtown.

The bed was extremely comfy. The room was quiet and perfect with a kitchenette. The hotel has a great location next to several eating places, shopping, and entertainment. The staff were friendly and exceptionally accommodating day and night.

The girl that worked the night shift was very rude. Toilet was clogged entire stay. The last time we called to ask if someone could unclog it no one came. Mind you we did not clog it. The room I thought I was getting in the pictures was not the room I got.

The musty smell in the hallways going the rooms. The breakfast was ok. We just eat there the first morning then eat else where after that.
